Eventually that water finds the path of least resistance: a crack, a cold joint, the seam where the wall meets the floor. The fix isn't a coat of paint on the inside of the wall. A system that actually keeps it dry

We build waterproofing as a connected system, not a single patch:

1. Interior drainage — a drain channel set at the footing collects water before it reaches your floor and routes it to the sump.
2. Sump basin and pump — a properly sized pit and pump move the collected water up and out, away from the foundation.
3. Battery backup — because the worst storms are exactly when the power goes out. A backup pump keeps working when the grid doesn't.
4. Vapor barrier and sealing — in crawl spaces, we tie the drainage into a sealed liner so the whole space stays dry.

Keeping it working

Once it's in, a waterproofing system is low-maintenance, but not no-maintenance. Test the pump a couple of times a year by pouring water into the basin, keep the discharge line clear, and make sure your gutters and grading aren't dumping extra water at the foundation in the first place — which is where our yard drainage work comes in.
